DIAGNOSTICS:None ASSESSMENT:  A 4-year-old dog presented for a routine health check and vaccination. Examination revealed mild dental tartar but was otherwise unremarkable. Ears appear clean and free of infection, with head shaking deemed behavioural. Current weight is stable at 26.1kg and body condition is ideal. Parasite prevention is current. TREATMENT:  - C4 triennial vaccination administered. 5260012 Exp 25.03.2027- 3 worming tablets dispensed. PLAN:Return in November for kennel cough vaccination and annual health check.Continue monthly Nexgard Spectra.Monitor dental health. Advised on dental chews and home care.Home into owner's care. CLIENT COMMUNICATION:Discussed the vaccination given today and the plan for the kennel cough booster later in the year. Advised that the dog may be quiet or have mild soreness at the injection site, but this is unlikely. Discussed dental care and the benefit of dental chews. Confirmed the parasite prevention plan is appropriate. Reassured owner that the ears appear healthy and the head shaking is likely a habit.    Vital Signs    Weight: 26.1;
