Reason: Revisit-History: previous hx of sharpei fever.Probable sharpei fever episode yesterday.,Was given meloxicam inj at time of consult.Home with zoffran yesterday.Was recommended to start oral meloxicam from tonight.Has been good improvement since yesterday.Is eating some food now.Zoffran last night and this morning.Given antibiotic tablet that was dispensed by another practice.No gabapentin required as yet.Exam: Temperament: BAR, muzzle size 6BCS - 5/9HR - 128, heart sounds are good.RR - 24MM/CRT - pink - distance exam prior to muzzle placementTemp - 39.7Additional Findings: Goodf air movement through all lung fields. Nil cough or gag at neck palpate. Slight wheeze in tracheaAssessment: some improvement but still has some pyrexia.Plan: start oral metacam from tonight.Continue AB's.Zoffran BID as required.Recheck: 3 days from now, but recheck sooner at emergency centre is concerns Vital Signs
