12/03/2026 Hx: O's live in Melbourne - just visiting Adelaide. Had C5 vaccination 29/08/25. Due KC booster Aug '26. In for checking skin today - has a spot on his front L leg. O only noticed about 2h ago. Has previously had issues with itching. Diet change in May '25. Diet is home cooked food - venison, duck, kangaroo, pork, fish. Veggies as well. O took out beef and chicken which seems to have fixed skin issues. No meds but is on antinol (daily), psyllium husk given 3-4 times weekly if O feels stools aren't looking good. No V+ or D+ recently. O does flea/worm at home - last done 4d ago. Exam: Left fore leg, staining from licking. No obvious sinus. Tx: Area clipped & cleaned with dilute chlorhex s. Plan:
