Laboratory: Takene bloods for level 2 inhouse. Leucocytosis neutrophilla. Suspect stress leucogram. Swab test for CPV and CCV both NEGATIVE. Assessment: Plan to hospitalise today for IVFT analgesia and antisickness and check bloods. Adv may need to go to ARH for OOH care. Treatment: Prevomax Paracetamol IV TemvetTrazadone. Disucssed as still not eating sending to arh for further monitoring and meds overnight but o declined would like to try at home.
