H: RV infected biopsy site lower lip finished abx gone well O cleaned area twice daily with saline has increased antinol to 3 caps daily reduced food for weight loss, no change since last week E: BAR biopsy site lower lip looks great, healed well not inflamed or weepy anymore 2 small dissolvable stitches still in place but look like theyre breaking down temp normal A: post op infection resolved overweight P: no more meds needed clean area every few days with saline and monitor until stiches fall out continue weight loss, reweigh q2-4 weeks O has apt with dogs in motion in 2 weeks
