Reason: Diarrhoea/checkHistory: Diagnosed with vestibular disease on Monday 5 days ago. Then on thur started walking, eating drinking , no more V+. Had boiled chicken yesterday then this monirng had brownish orange liquid with some whitish or yellowish flecks diarrhoea non stop since 3am this morning. Pacing alot today and distressed panting alot since diarrhoea started today. Ate this morning had chicken and pumpkin and 1230pm. Had cerenia tablet at 1030am this morning. Vital Signs Weight: 11.9;
