Reason:  DiarrhoeaLethargic, diarrhoea, not eating muchHistory: had a bout of dia  2x dia+ movement last night, more lethargic, no eating (ate a quater of a can this monring) and a few freeze dried chicken treats.Ate mormally yesterday morning and last night dinenr left alittle bit. Runnier then soft serve but not watery. No blood. No vomiting. gets water from the food. Urinating normally. No straining.    Indoor only - have an outdoor terrance (always supervise). No access to toxins and poisins. raw food diet - orders online - always frozen. Dia+ started just after new batch.  Exam:BAR, mm pink crt <2eyes & ears: NAD HR  156, no murmurs, lung fields clearabdo: comfortable, no hard masses palpated, no pain 37.9 Assessment:Treatment:Plan:     Vital Signs    Weight: 5.8;
