Presenting complaint: Skin lesionHx: O reported noticing a lesion on Ted's R neck region. No obvious increase in itching behaviour has been noted. Did demonstrate 1 episode of vomiting yesterday on his walk after eaten grass. Otherwise has been fine. Ex:Mentation: BAR, very handsome man. Ate treat during PEIntegument: Dried up scab lesion present on the RHS lateral neck region. No discharges noted. Mild erythema present. Ax:Problem 1: Healing moist dermatitis lesion most likely Tx:Clip the fur around the site. O still has Bacticorten lotion at home. O to apply twice daily until scab falls off. Px:r/c when needed.
