05/03/2026 REVISIT REASON: Recheck OE. PROGRESS: Has been on pred - seems less itchy/sore in ears. EXAM: Can examine with chill meds - good level. L ear more mucky than R. Can see ear drum in both. Canals less inflamed and less narrowed. ASSESSMENT: bilateral OE. PLAN:O happy to use PMP. Recheck in 7-10d - when infection resolved look to change to elocon or cortavance. O has found cytopoint helped well when first started, but recently not helping enough. Lasted only a week recently. Has been using apoquel etc as well. Suspect food allergy and atopy. O to continue with diet trial.
