Reason for presentation: Re-check wound

History for today:
Bandage fell off  yesterday, rebandaged in clinic
Took cone off as causing too many matted knots around ears
Not showing any interest in tail

Previous medical/surgical concerns:
13/02/26: Lump removal from tail, unable to close fully. 1.5cm wound left open. multiple bandage visitis since. last one 04/03/26 with nurse
23/01/26: Firm/fluctuant 1.5-2cm lump on ventral aspect of distal tail - suspected sebaceous cyst.
Nov 2025: Lump on tail. FNA inconclusive but suspected cyst.
14/08/2025: GA for ear pluck and grass seed removal from right ear. Prescribed prednisolone for 3 days, DKE review in 1 week.
11/02/2025: Conjunctivitis. Treated with Framixin BID-TID in both eyes for 7 days.
02/05/2024: Haematoma on tail.
15/12/2023: Sedation for ear examination and anal gland flush

Examination:
Bandage removed - beautiful granulation bed. Starting to epithelialise from dorsal end down

Assessment:
Healing well

Treatment:
Cleaned with saline and rebandaged

Plan:
Re-check in 7 days (sooner if concerned, bandage slip or becomes soiled)
