Induction administered slow IV:
Diazepam 0.25mg/kg (__ml)       Ketamine 5mg/kg (__ml)
This provided sufficient/insufficient anaesthetic depth for intubation.
Size __ID ET tube used. Maintained on iso%, carried by 100% O2. 
Placed on rebreathing/non-rebreathing ciruit, __L rebreathing bag.
Prepped surgical site with chlorhexidine scrub followed by alcohol tincture.

13/03/2026 1) performed joint tap on R stifle, R elbow and R cxarpus. smears made from all and rest of synovial fluids sent in EDTA. requested polyarthritis screen
2) collected blood for galactomannan test - serum tube
3) urine (voided) sent for urine aspergillus test
4) clipped nails
5) S+P R lower teeth - mild tartar. all remianing teeth healthy in good condition.

remained bradycardic for entire proicedure, but was stable.
