History:
- intermittently on and off for months/years. mainly going for right ear scratching, maybe couple of weeks. 
- using ear cleaner once per week; not sure of brand
- cytopoint been tried before; definitely worked, had rash at the time; had two injections in a year

Examination:
- BAR stressed in clinic but good for o's to collect ear samples
- SS clipped dew claw
- mm pink, moist, pant
- licking at bottoms of feet, left front foot has extra growth of pad at caudal edge with yellow discolouration; erythema between toes on back feet

ear cytology
R ear - yeast ++++, epithelials +++, no biofilm
L ear - no yeast or bacteria but epithelials +++

briefly discussed allergies and need for longer term management plan; gave handouts for information for this
discussed at present treat infection; malaseb foot washes twice weekly, ear treatment otoflush and dermotic
at revisit reswab ears and check feet; discuss next step eg mentioned topical cortisone drops for ears, etc
