History: EDDU all normal Diet: Diet: RC Analargenic started on the 9th Parasite prevention: Concerns: Butt scooting has massively improved since starting on the Analargenic diet Itch currently 4/10 (maybe 3 times per day) Mostly at backs of front legs, ears Diesnt seem too excessive at this stage Current meds: Exam: Behaviour - very nervous gril, but overall does ok with mum holding. BAR BCS- 4.5/9 mm pink, crt<2s oral - dental 0/4 eyes - bright and clear ears - dry and clean. No redness, discharge or smell nose/throat - nsf chest ausc - no murmur or a/r noted. Lungs clear all fields coat/skin - coat and skin in good condition. No obvious lesions on paws or front legs abdo palp - soft and comfortable LN - wnl msk - ambulating normally. Assessment: Ok for pentosan No major concerns on PE today Reponding well in terms of AG issue to diet Some ongoing itch Treatment: Pentosan 0.23ml SC Plan: Booster weekly for 3 treatments - pre-paid Montitor itch Only 4 weeks in atm Need to wait to assess itch until after week 6 Can have a chat at final pentosan to see how going and if needed ok for cytopoint at that time Good time to discuss rechallenge as well. All 4 pentosan prepaid today
