TMHReason: Xrays to investigate HL lameness.Very subtle lameness on RH today. No pain on palpation / manipulation of stifles. Some restriction to extension of both hips.Treatment: IVC placed cephalic vSedation: 0.11ml Domitor + 0.11ml Torbugesic IVTrickle alfaxan needed for some xray views - total of 1ml givenLaboratory: Pcv: 60%Tp: 78g/lGlu: 4.6mmol/lSlight elevation of ALT - but much improved from previous elevation. Examine under sedation:Possibly very slight cranial draw R stifle? But very subtle.No patella luxation either stifle.R hind limb appears slightly shorter over all than L?Radiography: Hip conformation NADL stifle: No effusion. Broken K wire within tibia (from previous MPA Sx).R stifle: Proximal tibia quite narrow below tibial crest - possibly associated with earlier MPL Sx vs congenital? Very slight effusion in R stifle in comparison to L. R Femur has mild torsional deformity and is also 2mm shorter than L. R tibia also still has part of a K wire in it. Assessment: Some mild deformities R femur and R tibia that could cause altered gait, resulting in compensatory muscle soreness? Possibly some very early cruciate ligament degeneration R stifle?Plan: To monitor for now. If lameness persists, consider rpt stifle rad +/- MSK U/S.    Vital Signs
