When excited starts sneezing incessantly, no nasal discharge, no colour to excretions noted    Abdo: comfy    MSK: ambulating well    Neuro: nad    EENT: nad, other than above    LN: wnl    Skin: healthy coat    UroGen: nad    Rectal: temp 38.6Admit for GA and nose exam KME performed procedure and notes from this point: 13/03/26 Problem List: Acute onset sneezing and serous nasal discharge Tx/Plan:Pre-med: Torb 0.3mg/kg + Med 3mcg/kg IM IVC placedPropofol 5mL to effectIntubated size 10 ETT - maintenance Iso and O2, monitoring as per ASA notationsNares explored with otoscope - no visible foreign material Pharynx, soft palate and tonsilar crypts WNLDeep pharyngeal swab acquired for PCR IVF @ 10ml/kg/h during procedureHot spot on left lateral neck clipped and cleaned with chlorhexFlamazine appliedDex 0.3mg/kg SC upon recovery Client Communications:Nasal examination under general anaesthesia to assess sudden onset sneezing. No foreign material up nose or at back of pharynx. PCR acquired to assess viral causes. Hot spot clipped and cleaned on the side of her neck. She received a dose of dexamethasone(anti-inflammatory)Plan to start antibiotics this afternoon with dinner and prednisolone TOMORROW morning. These will help with both the nasal discharge, sneezing and her mild skin infection. Follow-up:    Vital Signs    Weight: 16.8;
