Anaesthesia
Catheterized (24)G IV catheter in (R)FL cephalic v.
Premedication: ACP (0.025)mg/kg (0.11)mL and Methadone (0.2)mg/kg (0.18)mL subcutaneously.
Induction: Alfaxan (1.41)mL via intravenous catheter in the cephalic vein titrated to effect.
Maintenance: 2% isoflurane gas via an endotracheal tube size (6.5)
Fluids: (hartmann's) fluid through IV catheter at (56)mL/hr
Recovery: (smooth, uneventful)
Medications: Preop(Atropine 0.43ml SIV), intra-op(-), post-op (Meloxicam 0.37ml SQ upon recovery)
