Reason: Recheck Eye - No BetterAppointment Notes: See Mc's notes, couldn't come in on his day.History: Upper eyelid lump came up suddenly, first noticed by children a couple of weeks ago.Has been treated with topical ointment and 7 day course of amoxyclav.Examine: OD upper lid medial third 12 x 6mm diameter fleshy lump. Intact palpebral reflexes, no globe involvement. Does not appear to involve the meibomian glandular tissue.Assessment: Gross appearance is consistent with a pyogranulomatous blepharitis lesion.Miscellaneous Client Advice: Definitive diagnosis requires short GA and incisional biopsy.
