Swelling located along medial hald. Away from eyelid margin and mostly on exteroid body of eyelid. Small hol in the middle with purulent discharge. Able to squeeze out pusAssessment: Abscess on eyelid - FB vs inrown hair vs otherUnusual location - too far back to be a meibomian gland cyst or sti etc unless has ruptured from back of gland not through eyelid margin? Suspect more likely to be ingrown hair or FBCant rule out neoplasiaPlan: Will treat with topical tricin and amoxyclav and re-assess in 1 week. If going well can have more amoxycalv.
