Thickened tissue present extending from the sinus. Local anaesthetic instilled into the site. - using alligator forceps - probed pocket. Deep subcut pocket through the thickened tissue, but no FB found. - probed for a while to ensure no FB found. - flushed with salinePlan: Conitnue to monitor the lump. Concern it may need removal. Recommended recheck in 2 weeks before owner goes away, if the flank swelling has not resolved, recommend removing it and the cyst on the back of the neck. Vital Signs
