09/03/2026 Reason: POC - last seen early Feb 2026 --> had PU surgery at SASH Alexandria ---> today for S/O of PU site O has given Bam Bam gabapentin - worked beautifully. As best possible removed (hopefully all) stitches around PU site. (difficult as upper part is tucked in a bit + been 1 month since surgery + sutures have not much length to grab hold of an end to pull suture up to cut OR Bam Bam good app/thirst/F/U Ecollar in place & has been more or less all time since surgery Plan: 2 more days gabapentin + ecollar then stop all & let's SHIG
