Respiration Rate: sniffing MM: pink moist CRT: 1 sec Dehydration assessment: Euhydrated MM moist no skin tent PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Appearance: BAR; BCS 3/5 Eyes: NAD Ears: NAD Nose: NAD Oral Cavity: 1/4 Cardiovascular: Auscultation no murmur detected ,pulse quality normal ,rhythm regular Respiratory: RE normal , auscultation normal Abdomen: slightly tense Musculoskeletal: NAD Neurological: normal mentation Integument: NAD Peripheral LNs: Normal size, symmetrical Urogenital: NAD Rectal exam: blood DDx: HGE (scavenging, stress, parasites, bac, viral other), partial obstruction, other Plan: METRONIDAZOLE 50 mg PO BID, 5 days continue plain cooked chicken breast + pumpkin flesh/white rice diet. NO carrots/extra fibre INI return for bloods + x-rays
