12/03/2026 Exhibited odd behaviour in the middle of the night a couple nights after surgery where patient got out of bed and went out to the car as if ready to go to the vet. Settled down afterwards - owner was in contact via text chat with 24h vet associated with insurance. No issues since. Has had antihistamines this morning. HR 88, LHS murmur present RR clear lung sounds MM pink, CRT <2s Abdomen relaxed Eyes clear Ears clean Skin OK Gave 1mL bee antivenom at 9:58am. Owner to wait in waiting room to monitor for reaction.

Called owner (Fiona). Reported dog is brighter now, running around, ate a snack but not a full meal at this point. Owner feels dog is fine, just slowly working off sedation. Reported findings from EHW. - MMVD - no evidence to start pimobendan at this stage - to repeat echo in 12 months If concerned, owner to call back and monitor signs for now.
