Left - full  thick paste and greyish brown hard to express
Right - 1/2 thick paste and greyish brown easy to express

History: Doing well at home, no concerns. Regular routine after dental post op check 2 weeks ago. Has been having green-yellow discharge intermittently every 2 weeks since December. O declined eye diagnostics today. O prefers ointment over drops

CV: NAD. No m/a auscultated
Respiratory: Normal resp effort & lung sounds bilaterally. 
Abdomen: Soft & pliable, no pain response observed upon palpation
Eyes/ears/nose: Nose and ears clean, no discharge, redness, or other abnormalities. Brown eye discharge at medial canthi of both eye. Mild conjunctivitis of L eye
Teeth: Grade 0/4, recent dental. Clean, missing teeth from previous extractions. 
Integument: Clean, healthy coat
MSK: Ambulatory. Normal gait.
Urogenital: No redness, swelling or discharge noted around penis/vaginal or anal area
Neuro: Normal mentation. Full neuro exam not performed
LN: wnl

Assessment:
Healthy to vaccinate
Eye discharge: Allergic conjunctivits vs KCS vs other 

Treatment:
Duramune C4 
Oral BB 
Framixin

Plan
Vaccinate today, due in 1 year
Routine dental checks going forward 
Framixin to both eyes BID for 7 days, Hyloforte eye drops in between with warm compress
If no improvement, return for further eye workup 

Post op check for 9x extractions
O reports doing well, smell has resolved, eating soft foods
All extraction sites fully healed, can return to regular diet. 
Recommended at home dental care, O unable to brush teeth, so utilises dental kibble and aquadent
O purchased bottle of aquadent today
