Reason: Scale And Polish - Call If Needing ExtractionsObjective: Clinically Normal ASA Grade 1/5Procedure: GA Dental Premed with 0.07 ml ACP and 0.37 ml methadone IM Placed 22G right cephalic catheter Induced with 1.5 ml Alfax IV Intubated with size 7 ET Tube Maintained on oxygen and 2% isoflurane Monitored anaesthetic with NIBP, SPO2, ETCO2, HR, RR and oesophageal temp.Performed rostral maxillary, caudal maxillary, rostral mandibular and caudal mandibular nerve blocks with 0.1ml Bupivicaine at each site. Total 0.2 ml Bupivicaine. Missing Teeth - noneDentral radiographs performed - no Extracted - 106, 205 206 (205 simple), rest complicated Scale and polish all teeth.Post Op Temp meloxicam given 0.30  ml SC in recovery Recovered uneventfully Pain Score Prior to discharge - Plan:  TGH on   0.50 ml meloxicam oral SID Review in 10 days. If extractions feed soft food for 7 days, prefarabley chicken or beef strips then introduce normal diet again. Reiterate tooth brushing and/or prescription dry food.
