Appointment Notes: allergy/nibbling paw- IH moved from tomorrow DJ 10.9kgHistory: Chewing R F paw constantly and licking it. For 2 days. Limping slightly. Getting apoquel daily. Slight lapse in intra-aural HCA treatment. Examination: BAR, TPR wnl, MM pink and moistRFL - ventral skin has a moist pyoderma, no obvious foreign bodies/swelling/sinuses etc Shaking head in consult- otoscope exam, no overt discharge, TMs intact, mild erythema - applied HCA in consult Assessment: Unilateral moist pyoderma ventral surface of RFL paw Plan: Isaderm/dimethyl. Dexapent inj done. INI 2-3 days OK to prescribe short course ABs. Advised if any swelling or draining sinuses develop then revisit. Apoquel twice daily for 5 days short term, then back to SID. Vital Signs
