CRP blood test - GAPONLY History: - No health concerns. No flare ups EDDU normal. No V/D. No coughing/sneezing. - CRP bloods test current medications : prednisolone 20mg / day + micophenolate 1 capsule /day Examination: - BAR, friendly. BCS 6/9. Dental 1/4. - HR 118, no murmur, MMs pink/moist, CRT 1s, pulses normokinetic and synchronous. - RR panting, clear bronchovesicular lung sounds bilaterally, regular rhythm. - Soft/comfortable abdominal palpation. No obvious mass/organomegaly/fb palpable. - All peripheral lymph nodes wnl. Temp not taken. dx with SRMA- currently clincially stable- managed by ARH medicine specialist taken blood from R spahenous v. did well- gien treats as distraction CRP: Plan: - will forward ARH today's result + hx - O will contact them once CRP results are in for next steps- i.e whether to drop prednisolone further
