Bilat OETx: Polox gel bilat once O collect from Maylands he will call back to book in with nurse for application, then rpt one week later with nurses, then 2w vet RV to check and start novasone weekly or biweekly for maint once OE cleared. Pred 30mg SID 4d then 20mg SID 4d then 20mg EOD 4 doses. Can cause PU/PD/PP. Script:Rx:	 Enrofloxacin 1.5%, Ketoconazole 2%, dexamethasone 0.1% in poloxamer ear gelMitte:  4x 2ml syringesSig:  Nurse to instill one syringe per ear, repeat one week later, then vet revisit 2 weeks later. Repeat: 0    Vital Signs    Weight: 40.4;
