Distal examine - moderate swelling on the chin, some erythema and alopecia observed. No active bleeding or discharge. - Treatment trial with antibiotic and anti- inflammatory and monitor, If not improving, need to investigate under sedation next time. - Meloxicam PO SID for 3 days - antibiotic PO BID for 7 days
