<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><div> <p>Got degunker by Chris Brown<br><br>RHS neck 1-2mm <br><br>PEA = use twice daily<br><br>O: 2+ yeast RIGHT ear, LEFT ear ok. mild interdig <br><br>P: aurison 0.5mL SID RIGHT ear and feet<br>RV if concerned, v minor<br>on 2.5mg steroids weekly<br>on antinol and PEA<br><br>Subjective:<br>- Ear infection noticed couple of weeks ago<br>- Scratching and pawing at ear<br>- Suspects yeast infection<br>- Purchased Doctor Chris Brown's ear drops but not yet used<br>- Small bump noted on right side, new development<br>- Occasional steroid use (half tablet every 5-7 days, 2.5mg)<br>- Currently on PEA supplements<br>- Ran out of Antinol<br><br>Past Medical History:<br>- West Highland White Terrier breed<br>- Recurrent skin issues managed with steroids and supplements<br><br>Objective:<br>- Ear examination performed<br>- Yeast infection confirmed in one ear<br>- No bacterial infection present<br>- Small bump noted on right side, too small for biopsy<br>- Paw examination - mild irritation, no significant thickening or rashing<br><br>Assessment:<br>- Yeast ear infection (one ear affected)<br>- Small skin lesion (too small for biopsy)<br><br>Plan:<br>- Medicated ear drops once daily for one week<br>- Continue current steroid regimen (2.5mg every 5-7 days) - physiological dose, minimal systemic impact<br>- Continue PEA supplements<br>- Monitor small skin lesion<br>- Discussed avian botulism risk - ingestion required for transmission<br>- Discussed future allergy testing options if current management insufficient</p> </div></html>

coughing last night and this morning. coughing/raspy breathing after her dinner . owner thinks it sounds like she was trying to get something up? seems ok now.BAR. EDDU.Check with HC- Suggested i call the client back and double check but wasnt too worried if the client is not.phoned owner to double check the breathing/raspy at 2.15pm owner said it is gone and she is not worried. The last cough she heard was this morning KGDid let her know if she is worried to call us.
