Appointment Notes: ketamine, review skin. kl10/03/2026 3:30:06 PM KG: Presented for ketamine injection and skin review Presented with female owner friend's Has started on doxycycline as written by RB Current dose should be 350mg BID ongoing for 4 weeks (30 days) as per script Advised to continue on abx as skin seems to be healing nicely but require at least 2 weeks post resolution for complete healing. Integ: Multiple disseminated regions of alopecia noted with mild crusting. Patient is not itchy or bothered during examination. Able to see fur starting to grow back around regions of alopecia.
