10/03/2026 Reason for visit: Lump/black spot on skin on left side of ribs.
History: Noted yesterday.
Examination:
Photo shows 1mm diammeter slightly raised lump with black streaked surface.
Examination in consultation room, scab came awy as I palpated it. It has healed underneath. No tick. No FB or infection. No mass.
Anal glands expressed upon owner's request. 2cm diam glands but easily expressed brown fluid, not paste. Not sore or inflamed.
Assessment:
Lump due to minor trauma. REsolved.
Anal glands not self expressing. 
Plan:
Add fibre to diet in the form of 1 tsp psyllium husk twice daily in food.
Diet is Lyka.
