<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><p>Has been licking paws intermittently for the last few days and seems quite irritated by them when she does it.<br>has had a couple of bouts of itchy skin in the past tht the O controls with prednil. Has tried apoquel and cytopoint before but doesn't seem as good as the prednil. O has been trying not to use it this time as the feet don't really seem that red.<br><br>PE: Dog is quite dopey as she has been given 200mg gaba and 50mg traz before appt. (this was the first time using and next time may lower the dose). O concerned she can't breathe properly at the best of times and this may be causing an issue.Checked O2 levels and they are around 92%. O would prefer she stays in hospital for the day for close observation and O2 therapy. <br><br>Feet are not red and there is no break in the skin or anything found on exam. Otherwise skin is in good condition. Discussed that cytopoint could be used as a background drug if skin allergies continue popping up and then if there is a flare we could apoquel and antihistamines. O will think about this as an option<br><br>Discussed telfast antihistamine is ok but if prednil worked then maybe we try iramine tablets on their own on the days she seems itchy. Dispensed iramine 4mg 1/2 tablet once daily when needed</p></html>
