TREATMENT: Amoxyclav 125mg bid po for 10 days
INI then will need further work up, starting with urinalysis, will have to hospitalise and we collect sample

HISTORY: Final Puppy C4 vacc 
trim nails 
doing well @ home except for toilet training. Have advised they need to take her out to toilet and reward the outdoor toileting rather than scolding her when she toilets indoors. Has started hiding to toilet because have been telling her off. Also expect her to take herself outside through the doggyfdoor rather than taking her out to ensure she is going outdoors. 
Havent done any training with her yet including sit . Havent attended puppyschool. Said they will endeavour to start this over the holidays. Unsure what solcialising they have done but suspect minimal
