Eyes clear, no discharge, no blepharospasm. Ears bilateral marked erythema and oedema of canal, marked discharge bilaterally. No nasal discharge.<br>CV/Resp: heart auscultates clear, no murmor noted. Clear breath sounds in all lung fields on auscultation, nomal effort.<br>GI/UG: abdominal palpation - soft and no obvious abnormalities palpated<br>Integ: skin in good condition, no lesions<br>LN: peripheral lymph nodes palpable < 1cm<br>MSK: Ambulating without lameness. BCS 3/9. <br><br>Imagyst: <br>L: rods 1+ (27), cocci 2+ (1974), Malasezzia 2+ (395)<br>R: rods 1+ (31), cocci 3+ (6878), Malasezzia 3+ (1885)<br><br>Tx:<br>Cleaned ears with epiotic <br>4mL EKT both ears <br>15-30kg nexgard spectra PO <br><br>Plan:<br>EKT in 1 week <br>Re-check 2 weeks after this<br>Discussed re-check with Dr IG and discussed possible FMT </p> </div> </div> </div></html>

Has lost 500g since last check - not a great appetite. Waxing and waning energy levels. Emailed O and recommended book back in to see Dr IG and advised to trial novel protein prime100 roll as alternative if she doesn't like her current food. Will discuss case with Dr IG but suspect needs FMT
