<html><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><div> <p>- had nexguard last year - V+ after<br>- had nexugard again in Jan - V+ after<br>- sometimes just regurgitating bile <br>- has now progressed to regurg and V+ daily<br>- yesterday did a big vomit after having a raw bone, darker colour (greenish colour)<br>- has only been a V+ dog since started on nexguard<br>- it was on nexguard due to risk of mange from wombats - did feel the nexguard cleared up the hock lesions<br>- always chewing at hocks<br>- often arches back when has sore tummy<br>- no downward dog posing or vocalising in pain<br><br>E<br>- ears, eyes, nose: nad<br>- CVS: normal rate + rhythm, no murmur auscultated<br>- resp: normal rate + effort, normal bronchovesicular sounds<br>- abdo: difficult to palpate as was tensing tummy<br>- integument: nad<br>- LNs: nad<br>- integument: hocks bilaterally alopecia and erythema on pressure points, chewing at them in cosnult<br><br>A<br>- bialterally alopecia on hocks ddx: parasitic +/- stress<br>- chronic V+ ddx: chronic gastroenteropathy vs 2ndry to a toxic response to nexguard based on hx<br><br>P<br>- do a total annual health profile<br>- 3 skin samples from hocks (scraping, hair follice, and tape prep)<br>- discuss next steps once blood results return</p> </div></html>

Good morning Unfortunately, Indy's health deteriorated over the last 24 hours and I'm on my way to an emergency vet. With Indy's appointment at your clinic on Monday at 10am, can I please keep this but bring in my dog Cass?See photo attached. Cass incessantly licks his hind leg joints. I feel it's behavioural but want to also rule out medical. Kind regards Lisa
