History: Presents for monthly cartrophen injection. Not currently loosing any weight. Struggling to consistently poo, owner gave an enema and has been alright since then. Exam: Vocal and grumbly but doesn't act on it. unable to do general exam as already cranky owner has no concerns. Treatment:Cartrophen: 0.2mls give sq between shoulder blades Plan: due for another cartrophen injection in 1 month.

HistoryPresents for ongoing cartrophen injection. O has been away for 2 weeks - Aunty has been looking after Tiam. Has gained some weight - discussed trying to lose weight as Tiam's abdomen is quite rounded. Aunty thought Tiam was a bit sore/stiff at one point during 2week period, but apart from that he was fine/normal. There was one or two days where Tiam was fed Sorme's (other household cat) food. Parasite Control: did not discussExamMentation: QAR - ears flat and wide when removed from carrier, bit grumblyCould not hear heart rate over growling. Opted not to persist with TPR/less is more approachTreatment3mg/kg cartrophen injection given subcutaneously between shoulder blades. Did hiss when restrained by O but tolerated injection. Plancontinue with injections, and strive to lose some weight (O has only been back in country for 3days - so need to return to regular routine)
