 - IN for recheck
 - See Hx of workup for suspect CCL tear 5w ago
 - At this stage electing for medical management an dpaalliation due to age and OA alreayd developed
 - Owner reports Louis has improved a lot ove rlast 5w, but still has a stiff gait
- On melox every third day and doing well currently


Exam:
MSK:
 - Slight stiff gait
 - Still fully weight bearing
 - Mild stifle thickening
 - Mild crepitus
No other abnormalities found on exam


Assessment:
 - Stable with medical management
 - Owner aware of advanced OA with non surgical approach


Plan:
 - Administered 0.97ml synovan SC, due again weekly
 - Current plan is PPS course and Melox PRN, with plan to add 4cyte OR gaba if pain progressing
