Hx: 
Os report was bitten on the head by other dog at home over 1 week ago. The dog has also been licking at her wound. Was much smaller, like 10-cent-piece-sized, but has gotten larger and had some purulent discharge.
Indie has also been scratching at the wound 
Indie still EDDU as normal, bright and active 

PEx: 
Demeanour: BAR
HR: 128, MM: P,M, CRT: 1-2s, RR: pant, T: 38.5
BCS: 4/9 
Thoracic auscultation: No murmur or arrhythmia. Normal BV sounds heard bilaterally. 
Abdominal palpation: Soft and comfortable. No organomegaly or fluid wave detected. 
Lymph nodes: Submandibular, retropharyngeal, pre-scapular and popliteal LN palpate WNL.
Integument: Small wound with granulation tissue on frontal aspect of skull just off midline and to the left, ~4cm x 2cm, some exudate present. 

Communication: 
As wound has already got healthy bed of granulation tissue and regional LN not enlarged, should respond well to neocort cream and cone. Will need to keep other dog separate at home to prevent excessive moisture around wound and aggravation of tissue. 

Plan: 
Neocort topically BID - QID for 10-14 days until healed. Can also clean with dilute povidone iodine at home before applying ointment. 
Wear cone and keep separate from other dog at home.
