Reason: Radiograph Stifles & Hips / Lump Removal / DentalAppointment Notes: >LAO reports LH lameness appears to have improved in recent weeks, ok when walking but still having issues going up and down stairs Examine:  Checks well for surgery, chest ausc NAD, stifle palpation NAD, reduced ROM L hip, reduced muscle mass L thigh c/t R. Garde 3 tartar, esp upper PMs, L worse then R Known renal disease- avoid NSAIDs Current Medication: 60mg paracetamol BIDIntravenous catheter inserted for IV fluids pre-op. Blood sample collected for PAB/CBCUrine sample collected to check USG and proteinLab Results: biochem normal, urea and crea normal (mid range, crea below iris stage 1)Urinalysis- inappropriately dilute (similar to prev urine samples, including the sample reported as normal), blood and leukocytes present on dipstick so advise sedivueSedivue confirms UTI- leukocytes and large amount of rod shaped bacteria Ultrasound: Brief pocus ultrasound to rule out bladder stone/tumour- bladder wall looks mod thickened, no mass or stone visible Assessment: UTI, prev diagnosed UTI in Jan 2025, coincided with raised crea last time (crea normal this time). Unsure how much of the renal changes seen on bloods were secondary to the UTI, and how much were primary renal diseasePlan: recommend delay elective procedure until UTI resolved. Dispense abics and rebook GA,  remove seb adenomas x 3 (2 on dorsal neck, 1 of RF distal to elbow),  radiograph hip/stifle/spine, dental with rads and extractions    Vital Signs    Weight: 9;
