Examination findings are otherwise unremarkable.TREATMENT:Continue current ear drop medication for one more week.PLAN:Recheck consultation in one week for reassessment and repeat ear cytology.Administer next NGS at the recheck appointment.CLIENT COMMUNICATION:Discussed the cytology findings, indicating a significant improvement but the necessity of continuing treatment for another week to fully resolve the infection.Advised to continue the ear drops for a further seven days. The current bottle should contain sufficient volume.Advised on cleaning Henley's head with a damp cloth rather than washing, to prevent water entering the ear canals which could predispose to future infections.Discussed management if he enjoys swimming in the future, recommending the use of an ear cleaner after swimming to dry out the canals. This should only be considered after the current infection has resolved.--- 27/09/2025 09:42:43 AM LTR:Examinations - Resolved - SMS sent Vital Signs Weight: 7.1; HeartRate: 120; DentalGrade: 0/4; RespirationRate: 16; CRT: <2s; MMColour: P&M; BodyScore: 5/9;
