Reason: Cut Foot On Broken Glass- May Need SuturesAppointment Notes: told to fast- may need to admit ZCHistory: Stood on broken glass yesterday evening when out for a walk. Bled a lot - owner was unable to fully see what the wound was like. Bandaged at home and seemed to stop bleeding but when she moved around this morning it restarted bleeding. QARExamine: TPR normal. Eyes and ears NADTeeth are really good. MM pink and moist, crt <2Chest NADAbdomen NADCoat and skin are good. Bnadage on the RFRemoved - matted hair on the palmar aspect of the RF just below the stopper pad - cannot see wound - clipped and immediately started to bleed. Tiny pinpoint wound approx 1mm in diameter present - suspect nicked a vessel under the skin but surface wound is tiny. Treatment: Attempted to place some gel foam into the wound - one small piece got it. Tissue glue over the area once bleeding stopped. Rebandaged the foot with pressure bandage. Amoxyclav 250mg x 10 - 1 BIDPlan: Courtesy call in 2 daysRevisit if needed    Vital Signs
