Good energy levels Current meds = - ampB 0.8mg/kg SC last given Friday- fluconazole 150mg po BID- theophylline 300mg PO SID (given last night)- maropitant 60mg sid given the night prior to txObjective:HR/PR:  80bpm, normal pulses, sinus arrhythmiaTemp: 38.1MM: Pink, 2s crtPulse:  normalResp: WNL, normal sounds and pattern. Not congested or stertorous Hydration: nad Blood results: WNLAssessment: OK for tx. Treatment: AmpB 0.8mg/kg -> 12.5mg or 2.4mlsInjected into NaCl 0.5%+ 2.5% glucose,  warmed to 40 degrees (achieved this by heating the 500ml bag in microwave for 60s).  Given via extension line injected with 22G needle at R axillar and flank sites. Infused entire bag in <20mins.Site massaged post-infusion.
