H: has been going well, bar, eduf all ok. has been using chlorsig or l.eye. still mild discharge. 
2 days ago  noted lump appear on r.side face. has been loosing baby teeth. doesnt seem bothered by it. 

S: BAr, very happy. 
O: t 38.2, hr 98, mms pink, crt 1-2 secs, pulses ok.
lungs clear.
eyes nad: l.eye mild mucoid discharge. poss slight rolling in lower lid?  mild erythema of conjunctiva. 
ears nad
lns nad
skin nad
abdo nad
ms nad
urogen and externally. 

r.side face, caudal aspect upper jaw. very mobile, pea sized mass. non-painful. 
mouth appears ok. 

A; poss cyst? salivary vs lacrimal. ?

P discussed poss cause.s unable to fna awake. commence ceph course for eye and poss relation to loosing teeth. ini 1 week or enlarging, then recc sedate and fna as next step. 

In today for check of L eye.
O noticed yesterday that had creamy discharge in medial canthus, cleaned it away and within 15mins was back again.
Doesn't seem bothered by eye, has rubbed at face a few times today.
Otherwise well.
EDUF normal.

PE:
Mentation: BAR
BCS: 5/9
EENT: L eye no blepharospasm, + creamy discharge medial canthus, mild conjunctival hyperaemia.
MM: pink, moist, CRT 1.5sec
LNs: all WNL
HR: WNL
RR: WNL
Abdomen: comfortable on palpation

Assessment:
L eye fluorosceine -ve.
Suspect bacterial conjunctivitis.

Plan:
Chlorsig as per label.
Re-check if does not resolve.

Hx: C3 due today.
EDUD normal. No concerns. Chewed plastic this morning and vomited it up (1x) - eating well and no further vomits.
Utd nexgard spectra monthly.

cardiac/resp: nsf
abdo: soft and comfortable
msk: stifles nad, no joint swellings
integ: nad
no hernias. hooded vulva.

Tx: Protech C3 SC

Plan: vacc booster due in 12mo. 
Disc desexing >12mo (after first heat).
Monitor closely for further vomiting, stools and inappetence and RV ASAP if concerns.
