BAR MM -PM Afast:No free fluid Liver susp of hypoechoic grey lesion on L lobe ~1cm- quality not ideal to be sureSpleen appears somewhat mottled. Tail of spleen contains a large mottled-to cavitated lesion at least 5x5cm. In some views as large as 7cm. Bladder unremarkable L kidney located. R difficult to locate No pericardial effusion KGW STO No rupture of splenic mass at this stageO elects against surgery - understandable at this age. Elects to manage QOL until its time.
