O believe ate something and/or something stuck on throat History: - o thinks soemthing is stuck in her throat - EDUD normally - eats toilet paper rolls Physical Examination: BAR, temp: not taken BCS - 6/9 Lymph nodes: normal Mouth - dental disease grade 1 , mucous membranes: pink, Crt <2sec Ears - no abnormalities Eyes - conjunctiva and orbit normal Skin and coat - normal Chest - thoracic auscultation normal, HR: 108 Abdomen - all abdominal viscera palpate normally Limbs - no lameness detected Differential Diagnosis: throat inflammation vs reflux vs obstruction Test Results: no obvious obstruction from PE, couldn't put finger all the way down the throat Diagnosis: inflammation of trachea Plan: - offered 2 options - monitor vs trial linctol cough syrup --> o pted to monitor for now --> come back in if not improvning - nails trimmed - only the front ones
