Kids in pool - can distract her and play with a ball elsewhere. Aggitated in the house when this happens. Cannot effectively separate herStill very reactive to things including people, animals, motorbikes. When she goes walking - some times pretty good but sometimes very anxious and reactive and they end the walk early. Energy levels - lazy dog at home but very active when inspired (eg on a walk) Very scared of thunder stormsClonidine - didn't seem to do anything - most o would have given was 2-3 tablets Physical Exam:Muzzled for AGs, both moderately full. Easily expressed Treatment: Zydax Plan: Consider trialling clonidine at higher doses - eg 5-6 tablets - 2 hours prior to a stressful event. If you would like to stop the fluoxetine for Luna please decrease it to HALF a tablet ONCE daily for one week. Then reduce to HALF a tablet every second day for 2 weeks then stop.
