09/03/2026 Reason: recheck heart + bloods Cough has completely stopped since increasing frusemide to 30mg AM + PM and 20mg middle day dose. Started doxy and niacinamide a month ago, nose looks markedly improved. Continue at this dose. Not as keen on eating prime100 anymore but hasn't lost appetite, still eats chicken really well Lost 1kg in last month MM pink CRT <2s Grade 2 dental dz HR 160, grade 5/6 murmur Chest clear, panting T 39 Abdomen comfortable R lateral taken VHS 12.5, congestion looking much improved Plan: Continue current frusemide dose Continue doxy and niacinamide Repeat bloods today to assess kidney parameters with increased frusemide dose + check for any evidence of weight loss Weight loss possibly from switching metabolic dry to prime100 wet only Get daily intake and assess calories and see if we can increase this and if he can gain weight
