PRESENTING COMPLAINT: 2 week post-op check
HISTORY:
- Phoenix has been doing very well after the surgery. Defecated normally day after procedure. EDDU normal. No vomiting or diarrhoea. Not bothered by surgery site. 
- 20/2/26: L perianal mass removal by KD. iCal mildly elevated. 
- Histopathology results show AGASAC, tumour free distances <1mm deep and laterally. 
- Owner has booked in oncology appointment for end of the month. 

CLINICAL FINDINGS:
BAR, vitals WNL
Integument: Good apposition of surgery site, mild brown discharge around area (suspect secondary to defecation), however no swelling or pain on palpation. Sutures removed. 

DIAGNOSTIC TESTS:
iCal: 1.30 (1.25 - 1.50); previously mildly elevated
NSAID panel: AST 53 (0-50), rest of parameters WNL

DIAGNOSIS: L AGASAC

TREATMENT:
- Meloxicam 35kg PO SID until oncology appointment
- Sutures removed in consultation

CLIENT COMMUNICATION/PLAN:
- Normal ionised calcium, unremarkable NSAID panel. 
- Continue Meloxicam until oncology appointment at slightly lower dose than previously given. Aware to monitor for signs of vomiting or diarrhoea. 
- Continue to monitor defecation or irritation in perianal region.
