Tense abdomen, reduced appetite, panting, reduced water drinking, lethargic, borderline pyrexia
DD's: heat stress, gastroenteritis, intestinal FB, constipation, pain (dental dx, loose tooth, TRA?) etc

Discussion:
Difficult to determine severity without bloodwork so highly recommended general health profile to give as much information about body as possible. May require transfer to emergency for further workup and treatment. O consented to bloodwork, will wait in clinic for results.

Laboratory:
Bloodwork
CBC all parameters WNL
