Rectal exam: soft faeces in rectum, painfulAssessment: DDx: D+ secondary to GIT dx vs extra GIT dx vs other?Plan: Options given to O: 1. Run bloods to rule out any extra GIT dx2. Trial just bland diet + pro kolinO opted for option 1 + 2.
